PEPPERY EGG SALAD
Ingredients
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dilly-Licious Dill Pickle Mustard
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired)
2 green onions, chopped
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Mash eggs with a fork or potatoes masher. Add remaining ingredients
and mix until evenly combined. Serve on toast, lettuce cups or bread
